Water Spider

We’re on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Water Spider to join our fast-paced production team. This critical role ensures smooth production flow by replenishing materials, tools, and supplies at the right time and place. If you thrive on working in a team environment, using your hands, and solving real-time challenges—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Material replenishment: Deliver raw materials, components, and tools to workstations before shortages occur.

• Inventory monitoring: Track stock levels and anticipate needs to prevent downtime.

• Workflow support: Ensure operators can focus on value-added tasks instead of obtaining supplies.

• Standardization: Follow precise procedures for timing, routes, and delivery methods to maintain consistency.

• Communication: Coordinate with production teams to respond to urgent needs and adjust priorities.

• Lifting approximately 40 pounds, on feet all day, moving.

• Collaborate with different areas in the shop.

• Follow safety, quality, and process standards.

• Learn and practice Lean manufacturing to implement continuous improvement processes and identify opportunities.

• Work in fear-free culture- look at process not person.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/production environment is a plus. We are willing to train those with no experience. 

• Strong process knowledge to understand production sequences.

• Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.

• Clear communication with operators and supervisors.

• Physical agility to move quickly across the floor.

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.

• Process improvement mindset.

• Forklift certified a plus.

• Experience with power tools and machinery.

• A proactive mindset and the ability to think on your feet.

• Willingness to learn and improve.

• Passion for teamwork and pride in precision.

• Desire to work with their hands and be physically active.
