Job description

We’re on the lookout for an organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to join our sales team. This is an entry-level position where responsibilities include extensive customer service and managing project life cycles. If you thrive on working in a team environment, solving real-time challenges, and being a key player in supporting our amazing customers—we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage job life cycle once orders are places

  • Use good judgement in identifying problems and potential problems

  • Respond courteously and promptly to calls and emails

  • Prepare sales materials for customers

  • Collaborate with different areas and departments within the company

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

  • Learn and practice Lean and continuous improvement processes and identify improvement opportunities

  • Work in fear-free culture- look at process not person

Job requirements

  • Positive, service-oriented attitude when interacting with customers

  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude

  • Process improvement mindset

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn

  • Passion for teamwork and pride in precision
