We’re on the lookout for an organized, detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to join our sales team. This is an entry-level position where responsibilities include extensive customer service and managing project life cycles. What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage job life cycle once orders are places
Use good judgement in identifying problems and potential problems
Respond courteously and promptly to calls and emails
Prepare sales materials for customers
Collaborate with different areas and departments within the company
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Learn and practice Lean and continuous improvement processes and identify improvement opportunities
Work in fear-free culture- look at process not person
Job requirements
Positive, service-oriented attitude when interacting with customers
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
Process improvement mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn
Passion for teamwork and pride in precision
